Tender information notice for the design, construction, financing, facility management and exploitation of limited commercial areas of two (2) Courts of Justice through a PPP
Announces a public international tender through a restricted procedure for the selection of a
Special Private Vehicle for the project ''Design, financing, construction, facility management and
exploitation of limited commercial areas of Courts of Justice in Patra and Heraclion of Crete via a
PPP'' which shall be conducted in accordance with the Law 3389/2005, titled "Private-Public
Partnerships'' (GOJ A' 232/22.9.2005), as in force and the Presidential Decree 60/2007 (GOJ A'
64/16.3.2007), titled "Adjustment of the Greek Legislation to the provisions of Directive
2004/18/EC regarding the coordination of procedures for establishing public contracts for works,
procurement and services', as amended by Directive 2005/51/EC of the Commission and Directive
2005/75/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council issued on 16 November 2005, and Invites
all interested parties to submit an expression of interest during the 1st Phase of the restricted
procedure (preselection) for the selection of a Special Private Vehicle (SPV) in the above
project.
Budget: The total budget of the Project's availability payments, which will be made to the SPV
has been indicatively estimated, as of 2006 at a net present value of 120.000.000,00 euros
excluding VAT and including the heavy maintenance and insurance cost.
