Mr. Mantzoufas was born in Patras in 1973. He has graduated from the University of Patras with a Degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA). Prior to joining the PPP Unit, he has worked in an international banking group in the investment banking division and for the last 5 years he was leading the project finance department of an international accounting firm. He has participated as financial advisor in a substantial number of privatization and public private partnership projects in Greece for the last 10 years. He is also a member of the work group of the Technical Chamber of Greece regarding public private partnerships. He speaks English and German.
