Nine (9) Candidates submitted Expression of Interest for the PPP project of Democritus University of Thrace: “Construction of Democritus University of Thrace student residences and student canteen – facility management and PPP-related services”
The deadline for the submission of Expression of Interest with regard to the project of
Democritus University of Thrace: "Construction of Democritus University of Thrace student
residences and student canteen - facility management and PPP-related services" expired
today (Monday 28.09.2009).
The nine (9) candidates that submitted Expression of Interest at the first phase of the
restricted procedure are (with priority order according to the time they submitted their proposals)

Contracting Authority of the project is Democritus University of Thrace. The indicative budget
(NPV, taking 2008 as the base year,) of the availability payments to be paid to the SPV that will
undertake the Project amounts to 89.400.000 Euros, plus VAT, (+ 20% heavy maintenance and insurance
cost). The duration of the partnership is (28) twenty-eight years from the PPP contract set in
force.
