Purpose of the partnership is the design, financing, construction and heavy maintenance of four (4) open swimming pools and two (2) closed metal gyms through a PPP for over 20 years.The project is directly linked to the objectives of developing aquatic sports and basketball, volleyball, handball, gymnastics, heavy-weight sports at various municipalities and their surrounding areas. The project's infrastructure will meet the needs of mass sports and cultural activities, create new jobs and develop major recreation and training attractions for athletes and clubs.
